Core Competencies

The Enterprise is driven by our "tactical, operational and strategic" mission. A "Virtual" company by choice, the Enterprise is "mobile-ready," flexible and adaptable; A cultural Chameleon that can easily attach itself to existing missions and fluidly blend into any landscape.

Our consulting practice is built around executable strategy, operations, technology, and human capital advisory services. We have built our core integrated capabilities needed to help clients to tackle their most complex challenges.

Genesis

Originally launched in 1991 to support civil-military operations, home-based in UAE, the Enterprise began incubating technology entities in 1993 as part of the dot.com "collective." In 1994, real estate holdings were added. By 1996, the Legacy Projects were launched to support humanitarian and ecological efforts abroad, thus forging the Enterprise's "through line" driven by the principles of ethics and fairness.

Continuing on its growth path, the Enterprise next looked towards developing their own branded companies. the first of these to launch was an edutainment entity with deals with LeapFrog and Knowledge Universe. The film licensing/distribution/financing phase began in 1997 with contracts with Rysher Entertainment, Turner Network Television and HBO.

Human Capital

Human Resources, a developing industry in 1998 was reviewed and by 2001 evolved to become a strategic entity within the Enterprise's cultural structure. In May 2009, specific components of the Human Resources division and assets was sold to an Executive Search Company. Today, we continue to work with Corporate HR and HR Professionals to promote better health and well being for Corporate citizens and employee partners.

Corporate Socialism and championing the leadership succession of communities; evaluating HR on-boarding, benefits and overall strategies for maintaining a highly efficient and performance-oriented workforce has become our HR target objectives. A highly proficient environment, well maintained, stocked and organized, run by "street-smart" capable talents is our driven HR goal.
